We are proud to welcome specialist maternity tights designer LIDA. In just a few days these tights have proved amazingly succesful with our customers, and with colder weather on the way we predict a rush!



When is it time to give up breastfeeding?

Being involved with maternity and nursing (and having children of our own) we were interested to hear in the news today that Denise Van Outen has given up breastfeeding after just three weeks. This is apparently because she feels pressured in public and doesn't have enough milk - and she want her husband to feed the baby too.

Whilst most of the reaction to this seems negative, we think a lot of pressure is put on new mums to breastfeed and some just can't do it - for whatever reason, so well done Denise for speaking out about problems real mums have.

Our New Maternity & Nursing Bra Fashion Shoot

Stunning! We finally got back some proofs of our recent fashion photoshoot - and we wanted to share a sneak preview with you. This shot was taken in the beautiful Art Deco surrounding of Cross Hands Cinema, but even the cinema doesn't look as good as our two models, Megan and Natalie. Megan is wearing the Bravado Bliss Nursing Bra and Allure Boy Shorts, while Natalie models the Sublime Nursing Bra and Matching Briefs. Thanks to Owen Howells for these stunning shots.

New Pink Ice Seamless Bra SELLS OUT!

After just a few weeks, we've now SOLD OUT of the New Bravado Pink Ice Nursing bra - but the good news is that is should be back in stock very very soon. On speaking to one of our enthusiastic customers last week, I can see why - we now get so many repeat orders, it's sometimes hard to keep up. Although Pink might be popular, we think the Butterscotch version of this nursing bra is more practical for the summer - much more 'skintone' and almost invisible under sheer clothing. We also carry Ivory and Black.

Alicia Keys Baby News

After much speculation in the press, Americian Diva Alicia Keys (29) announced she is indeed expecting her first child with her boyfriend and collaborator,Swizz Beatz.

Pictured here at a charity ball the singer doesn't look like she needs maternity clothes just yet - or maybe she hiding her bump under those wonderful ruffles!

Best Maternity Bra. EVER.
Just wanted to offer my advice to all of you ladies realizing that your cups now ridiculously runneth over.....try the Bravado line of maternity/nursing bras. PLEASE. ...I just can't say enough about this brand. I bought it this morning and immediately put it on in the bathroom. I am currently in heaven. I was totally clueless and my girlfriend turned me on to them. I love love love the Original Nursing Bra, which comes in S/M/L. Just check the website and go over the sizing instructions. A little confusing at first, but they are spot on. I also bought the Essential Nursing Bra Tank, which is fabulous because it has an attached tank to help hide/smooth out the "not quite looking pregnant yet" belly. They have tons of other great styles and I was so impressed that my bra does not look like a grandma bra....it's cute and cottony and stylish. The nursing flap is discrete too and the snaps are disguised as be-jeweled little buttons...... Yeah for comfortable boobies! jmmiller28

Claudia Schiffer name new baby girl Cosima Violet

Congratulations to Caudia Schiffer who has named her 3rd baby Cosmina Violet. In tradtional celebrity style, her baby was born by c-section at the prestigous Portland Hospital in London, but she has kept quiet about her name until now.
